The Skeg Protector Guard is crafted from 316 stainless steel with a fine mirror-polished surface to ensure it fits perfectly on your Skeg
To install, you simply leave 2 to 3 inches of the original skewer in place, align the keel cover guards with the tail fin, tap gently with a rubber mallet until it fits perfectly, drill the holes with a 1/4-inch drill bit, and install the stainless steel hardware
When you are installing, please wear gloves to avoid scratching yourself or others
